“No matter who you are, no matter where you come from, you are beautiful.” -Michelle Obama We would like to cordially invite you to partner with Project We Care, Inc. as an attendee for our annual initiative, the First Loving Yourself (F.L.Y.) Event, a community event for young women ages 12-18. This event celebrates the uniqueness of all young ladies. It also focuses on topics such as self-awareness, etiquette, women’s health and goal setting. The F.L.Y. Event is a wonderful platform to expose your young ladies to professional women who are eager to pour their astute wisdom into them. With your involvement, your young ladies will be able to plan and execute their goals while recognizing their value. Project We Care, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that utilizes the skills and talents of young professionals in an effort to educate, encourage and support the community as they professionally develop. We currently have strong markets of young professionals and college students in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Augusta, GA, and Fayetteville, NC. Our work has a powerful impact not only on the people that we work with directly, but also on the community at large. Research conducted by the DoSomething Organization (2013) shows that 7 in 10 girls believe that they are not good enough or do not measure up in some way; this includes their looks, performance in school, relationships with friends and family members. Our goal is to counteractive these statics and reignite hope in their lives. The F.L.Y. Event will consist of a gourmet luncheon, age-appropriate seminars, mini-makeovers, and peer interactions. If you are free at the date and time listed below, we would love for young ladies to join us! Date: February 10th, 2017 Time: 12:00 – 2:30 pm Location: General Electric Auditorium 4200 Wildwood Parkway Atlanta, GA Upon your interest in attending, further details will be forthcoming and we look forward to hearing from you in the near future. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Project We Care, Inc. Sincerely Project We Care, Inc.
